Default MM+healing prayers skills

I am using this build right now, http://gw.gamewikis.org/wiki/N/Mo_Fa..._Minion_Master
minus the flesh golem as I haven't gotten to cap yet. Someone has told me that using any healing prayers skills adds -1 degen to my minions, and kills them faster. I experimented a bit but didn't seem to have any difference, does anybody know the answer for this?

That is false, just a rumor that has been around forever. Minions suffer ever decreasing degeneration over time, nothing changes that.

Last I checked, thats total bunk. Only certain monk skills actually heal them tho, but none of them destroy them any faster.

Only spells like heal party won't heal them - heal area, direct target heals, etc all will heal them.

That is a "Urban Legend of Guild Wars".

People that heard it from a friend that heard it from a friend that minions die when healed are crazy about this myth.

One of my friends said he was monking in a mission, and the Minion Master RageQuit because he healed one of his minions. He went BERZERK like my friend should have KNOWN not to heal those minions "because they die faster".
